They are absolutely the best. I have a friend that heats his house with a kerosene heater and the day it snowed he was about out of kerosene and asked me to help. I thought about HotRods and called and explained what was going on. The girl who took my call was so pleasant and helpful and she texted a driver and she called my friend and they delivered the kerosene. It was a true blessing. These are fantastic people and they brought more kerosene today. That was impressive since they were pulling so many cars and trucks that were stuck. Thank you to everyone at HotRods!

My daughter had called for a tow due to a popped tire. It did not appear the new tire would be fixed before the possibility of it being towed by the state. (It had been tagged by a state trooper for towing within 8 hours and we needed to get it taken care of quickly.) The woman who answered was very nice! She asked to put my daughter on hold and actually gave reason why. She even waited for my daughter to respond about being placed on hold instead of just placing her on hold. This is almost unheard of! I personally find this a plus, as it gives a person an idea of how long they will be on hold. This is great customer service, in my opinion. During waiting on the tow, the tire shop advised the tire was ready to be picked up. My daughter called to see if the service could be cancelled and hopefully receive a refund (she pre-paid). This was initially advised they could cancel but might not be able to refund. My daughter agreed to go ahead and have it towed to the location given this information. Hot Rods worked it out to where they refunded the payment and cancelled the service, with an image text confirming the refund. I want to highlight their efficiency and customer service; The phone was answered professionally, friendly and promptly. They awaited confirmation before placing customer on hold. The tow was on the way within approximately an hour, give or take. The second call was answered professionally, friendly and promptly. The service request and cancellation of the request was handled in a helpful, happy manner. A text was sent with image to confirm the refund. Most of all the young woman who is first contact with the company is A+. Her customer service is immaculate! Never once did she seem aggravated or rushed about either call made and given the background sounds I know she had her hands full! With this experience in mind, when I ever need tow service, this is who I will use. I now have their number saved in my phone!

Son broke down on Chapman Highway. Called Service Street Center and they recommended HotRods. Very friendly and professional. Immediately dispatched a wrecker arriving in less than 30 minutes. Safely delivered the vehicle to Service Street Center for repair. Definitely will use again when needed.

Highly recommend these guys!! We broke down due to a blown out tire. After calling all the tow trucks in my area (7 other ones) and getting no answer, told it would be hours, & even laughed at and hung up on because I had a lifted truck, these guys came to the rescue! Very reasonable rate considering they had to go all the way to Claiborne county to get to us & take us back to maynardville. They were very professional and didn’t waste time!!!
